Kurt Meierhans, executive chef and owner of Flavours
has earned his international reputation as a chef, innkeeper and consultant
in top restaurants and renowned hotels in Switzerland and around
the globe. During his career as a private chef it was an honour
for Kurt to cook for HH the Aga Kahn, and celebrities like Brigitte Bardot and
Sophia Loren. In addition, Kurt has
38 years of
experience as an instructor for culinary students, production
manager and recipe development for leading food
production companies.
Together
with wife Barbara, also coupled with many years of experience in
the hospitality business and a degree in hotel and gastronomy
management, they look forward to
make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
